In the winter of 2012, the Year of the Dragon, TigerLion Arts presented the world premiere of The Dragons Are Singing Tonight ~ the musical tale of a nasty dragon at the Southern Theater in Minneapolis, Minnesota. With story and direction by Markell Kiefer, music and musical direction by Laurie MacGregor, and lyrics by Jack Prelutsky, the musical, which featured 29 boys from the Minnesota Boychoir, three Circus Juventas aerialists, four actors, twelve musicians, and numerous puppets designed and created by Sky Brooks and Christopher Lutter-Gardella of Puppet Farm Arts, was a sold-out hit!
